1. This text sending service is provided by IPS, inc.

2. This text service is that people can use it for free if you agree the following conditions.

(1) It costs if text receivers reply it by SMS. Communication fees are different with each receivers mobile carriers.

(2) IPS and we are not responsible for the case when you are not able to receive texts by troubles of IPS or tie up mobile carriers.

(3) It is required to register your e-mail address to IPS server for using this text service.

(4) You are required to agree that IPS provide e-mail addresses which are registered for us and may send e-mails for introducing our products to these addresses.
