Dry, cool and frozen delivery explained
We ship every package at the temperature that suits it — room temperature (dry), cool, or frozen. Products in the same temperature range are packed together; products in a different temperature range are packed and delivered separately, and a shipping fee is charged for each package.
Maximum weight for one dry package is 15 kg; for frozen and cool packages it is 9 kg (9 kg of products plus 1 kg for the box, 10 kg total). Fees are added to your cart automatically. Packing size is calculated by size as well as weight.

Order status, tracking and cancellation
From order to arrival: what happens next
After placing an order you immediately receive an order confirmation email at your registered address. Please check once more that the order contents are correct.
If you did not receive an email, check
1. Is the email address correct?
2. Has it been sorted into the spam / junk folder?
3. On mobile phones, have you forgotten to set reception permission?
If you do not set a desired delivery date, your order is released 1–5 working days from the order date.
If you set a desired delivery date, we ship on or a little after that date provided nothing gets in the way (weather, late payment, stock-outs, unforeseen circumstances).
One to two days before shipment, or once your order has been processed, we send a delivery status notification email with the estimated shipment date, estimated arrival date, delivery company and tracking number.
We do not ship overseas, or to remote islands our partner couriers cannot reach.
Returns and cancellation of orders
We do our best to deliver good products. If a delivered product is damaged we will replace it — please contact us immediately. You return the product at our expense and we replace it with a non-defective item at our expense. Please note we cannot accept replacement requests made more than one (1) week after delivery.
Because snacks and groceries are foods, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery for the convenience of the customer.
