Shopping Procedure

STEP 1 Select product

STEP 4 Enter the shipping address

If the billing address and shipping address are the same, proceed to next step.
If you want to set shipping adress on different address, check [Ship to different address?] and input shipping address details.

Please choose credit card, cash on delivery, Japan post bank remittance, or mizuho bang remittance as your payment method.

You can specify the delivery date after 2 days from the date of order. Please select the desired delivery date.

The contents of your order will be displayed.
Please confirm your order,read the [terms and conditions] and put check on the box of [I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions] and click [Place order].
Go to [Order Received] page.
After your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email automatically。

※If you have set up domain-directed reception, please set to receive email from「akabanebussan.com」.
There is also a possibility that it is in the 「spam mail folder」, please check that folder too.

SHIPPING FEES

  • PACKAGE DELIVERY BY TEMPERATURE RANGE

We will ship the package by the suitable temperature (Room temperature (Dry) delivery, Cool delivery, Frozen delivery). Products in the same temperature range will be packed together. Products in different temperature range will be packed and delivered separately. You will be charged for each shipping fee. Shipping fee will be charged for each package. One package for room temperature delivery is about 15kg, Frozen and cool deliveries are about 10kg. These fees will be automatically added to your cart. Packing size is calculated not only by weight but also by size.

If you chose bank remittance as payment method, please make your payment as soon as possible because prepaid orders will be released after the confirmation of your payment.
If you do not enter desired delivery date, your order will be released 1-5 working days from your order.
If you input your desired delivery date, it will be shipped a few days before the desired date.

We will send you a “delivery status notification email” one to two days prior to the shipment date, and let you know the estimated shipment date, estimated arrival date, delivery company, baggage inquiry number, etc.
We do not ship overseas or to some remote islands.

Returns / cancellation of orders

We will do our best to deliver good products, but if there is any damage to the delivered product, we will replace it, so please contact us immediately.You will return the product at our expense and replace it with a non-defective item at our expense. In addition, please note that we will not be able to accept replacement requests if you contact us more than one week after delivery.
Please note that since snacks are foods, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the delivery of products for the convenience of the customer.
