For almost 6 months okay naman ang service. At mga polite naman ang staff nila. Disappointed lang ako today sa pag... handle nila ng claim, nagtatanung ka na bakit yung Tocino na binili mo hindi un ang dumating, sinabe ko na wag ung panlasang pinoy. Ung original na Pampanga’ is best. Sagot ng ng staff un lang daw ang Tocino nila, sabe ko lage ako umorder nun sagutin ba naman ako ng “hindi sya na inform” . You should know better maam. Wag kang ganyan sa customer. Dapat alamin mo kya nga nagtatanung db. Tapos ung Longaniza expired ako pa susungitan mo. San ako mag claim ng pag dispatched nyu ng expired na products? Ako ba me kakulangan.? All this time maayos ang mga staff bukod tangi ka po. Sana bago ka magsabe ng hindi ka na inform, Nag paumanhin ka muna kasi nakaabala kayu. Delivery nyan sana today. I was disappointed after receiving my tocino , longanisa and purefoods hotdog. I might overlooked the label but I think... imitation lang po ba yun? I recently purchased some Philippine foods last july 6 and it was delivered last july 7,2016 on time.. 4days later... when i needed to cook it (lucky me pancit canton) I noticed that the items I bought seems old stock coz of its appearance,seems it has molds or jz a black spot on its noodles,as i checked the label few months it will be expired. it was my 2nd time I experienced for the poor quality of the product I purchased but before i never report it.but for the 2nd time around its time to write some review here in ur page.I also checked by now some of the items I purchased and received seems not healthy to consume like Ligo coz of rust and damage of the can.I already send u some picz and video for the items that u need to check,inspect before u deliver to ur client.It is to have your kind attention that it has been observed that the items or products that you are selling is not up to the desired quality.Looking forward to a quick action in this regard from your side.read more
