Package delivery by temperature range
We ship every item at the temperature it needs. Items in the same temperature range travel together in one box. Items in different temperature ranges are packed and shipped separately, and each box is charged its own shipping fee. Fees are added to your cart automatically.

9 kg max per box
9 kg of products plus a 1 kg box — 10 kg total. Frozen meat, fish, ready-to-cook, ice cream.
Box count is calculated by size as well as weight, so a light but bulky order may still need more than one box.

Maximum order weight

If an order exceeds what Yamato or Sagawa can carry, part of your delivery may be handled by another courier.
COD collection fees
If you choose Cash-on-Delivery at checkout, the courier collects a handling fee on top of your order total and shipping.
No collection fee on prepaid orders. Credit card, Apple Pay, bank remittance and convenience store payment are all free of this charge.

Estimated delivery time
Your package is released from our Tokyo warehouse and carried by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. Counting starts from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Choosing your delivery date and time
You can request a delivery date starting two days after the day you order. If you do not choose a date, we release your order 1–5 working days after it is placed.
Delivery time frames

These are the five bands the courier offers. There is no 12:00–14:00 slot, and times cannot be narrowed further (for example, "around 15:00" cannot be requested).
Paying by bank remittance or at a convenience store? We release your order only after payment clears. Transfers made after 15:00, or on weekends and holidays, are confirmed the next business day — please allow extra time when setting your date.
From order to arrival
- Order confirmation email
Sent immediately after you place your order. Check the contents carefully. If it does not arrive, confirm your email address is correct, check your spam folder, and on mobile check that you allow mail from our domain.
- Delivery status notification email
Sent one to two days before dispatch, or as soon as your order is processed. It contains the estimated dispatch date, estimated arrival date, courier name and tracking number.
- Dispatch from Tokyo
Boxes in different temperature ranges may arrive on different days, and may be carried by different couriers.
- Delivery
If nobody is home, the courier leaves a notice and you can arrange redelivery directly with them using the tracking number.

Where we ship, and what to do if something is wrong
Areas we cannot deliver to
We ship within Japan only. We do not ship overseas, and we cannot deliver to some remote islands that our courier partners do not serve. A Japanese address is required for both billing and shipping.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, contact us right away. We collect the item and send a replacement at our expense. Requests made more than one week after delivery cannot be accepted.
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after delivery.
