Recipe: Delicious Bopis
Ingredients:
1 500g bopis set (boiled)
1 tbsp tomato paste
3/4 cup vinegar
4-5 pcs red chili pepper
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
1 1/2 tbsp ginger, crushed
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
4 pcs dried bay leaves
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups water
1 tbsp annatto powder
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Saute garlic, then the onion.
3. Add the boiled bopis and cook for 7-8 minutes.
4. Add the crushed ginger and tomato paste. Stir.
5. Add the dried bay leaves and the dissolved annatto powder in water. Let it boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Pour the vinegar and allow to it to boil again. Stir occasionally.
7. Add the carrots, red bell pepper, salt and red chili peppers. Cook for another 3 minutes.
8. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
9. Share and enjoy!

3/4 cup sweet pickle relish (96g)
3/4 cup raisins (96g)

Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni by boiling water in a pot. Add some oil and salt then add the macaroni. Stir and cook for 7 minutes. Drain the water and place macaroni in a large bowl.
2. Add the fruit cocktail mix, kaong, nata de coco, sweet pickle relish, cheese and raisins. Gently mix all the ingredients.
3. Pour condensed milk and then add the mayonnaise and Nestle cream. Fold until all ingredients are well combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or more for best results.
4. Remove from the fridge and serve. Share and enjoy!
