  1. Heat oil in a cooking pot.
  2. Fry the chopped garlic and onion in a frying pan with oil.
  3. Add the bell pepper and red pepper. Once cooked, add the can of sardines.
  4. Bring to a boil, making sure not to break up the sardines, and then add the coconut milk and sugar.
  5. On a separate pan, boil water and add salt then cook the Hobe Misua for 30 seconds.
  6. Drain the noodles thoroughly and place on a plate.
  7. Pour the cooked sardines over the noodles and top with chopped ginger.
