Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain tofu well (wrap in kitchen paper and microwave for 3 minutes)
  2. Heat chopped onion in microwave oven for about 1 minute.
  3. Open the canned sardines and separate the sardine from the sauce.
  4. Mix only the sardine meat, tofu, onion, bread crumbs, potato starch, egg, ginger and garlic in a bowl.
  5. Add the Worcestershire Sauce, butter and honey to the separated tomato sauce and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat for 30 seconds.
  6. Fry the sardine mixture well in a frying pan.
  7. Serve and pour the sauce over the top.
