Green Jackfruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

• Tas Young Green Jack Fruit 565g or Aroy-D Young Green Jack Fruit 565g
• Century Tuna (any of Flakes In Vegetable Oil, Hot And Spicy, Calamansi flavor)
• Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
• Cut Vegetables Salad Pack
• Cucumber (thinly cut)
• Sweet Corn
• Panlasang Pinoy Vinegar
• Salt and Pepper

Directions:

1. Rinse the Aroy-D Young Green Jack Fruit well and remove the excess liquid.
2. Place the vegetable pack and cucumber in a plastic bag and sprinkle with salt.
3. Drain the water from vegetable mixture.
4. Remove the oil of Century Tuna.
5. Mix the vegetables, jackfruit and Tuna in one bowl then add mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
6. Serve with sweet corn on top.
