Chicken Nugget Skewers with Fita Crackers Recipe

Ingredients:

• Ground/Minced Whole Chicken 900g
• 150g Tofu
• Fita Crackers
• Mayonnaise
• Knorr Chicken Broth Cubes
• Garlic
• Mama Sita’s Annatto Powder
• BARBECUE SAUCE
• HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

Directions:

1. Remove the wrap of tofu and heat it on a microwave.
2. Put the ingredients into a bowl including the ground meat and mix well until the mixture becomes sticky.
3. Use two skewers to lift the tofu so that it does not lose its shape.
4. Prepare the Barbecue and Honey Mustard sauce.
5. Serve on a plate. Enjoy!
