Hambagu (Burger Steak) Sardines Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of sardine tomato sauce (555 Sardines Green, Mega Sardines Green, Ligo Sardines Green, Master Sardines Green)
- 1 pack of Tofu
- Onion
- Fita Cracker Crumbs
- Potato Starch
- Egg
- Ginger
- Garlic

- Hamburger Sauce

- Worcestershire Sauce
- Butter
- 1 teaspoon honey (or sugar if not available)
Directions:
- Drain tofu well (wrap in kitchen paper and microwave for 3 minutes)
- Heat chopped onion in microwave oven for about 1 minute.
- Open the canned sardines and separate the sardine from the sauce.
- Mix only the sardine meat, tofu, onion, bread crumbs, potato starch, egg, ginger and garlic in a bowl.
- Add the Worcestershire Sauce, butter and honey to the separated tomato sauce and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat for 30 seconds.
- Fry the sardine mixture well in a frying pan.
- Serve and pour the sauce over the top.
