Coconut Milk Curry Noodle with Sardine Yellow Curry
Ingredients:
- 30 grams Hobe Misua
- 1 can Ligo Sardines in Yellow Curry 155g
- 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 medium yellow onion chopped
- Tasco Coconut Milk (45ml or 3 tablespoons)
- Sugar (5g / 1 tsp)
- Ginger (5g, shredded)
Directions:

Heat oil in a cooking pot.

Fry the chopped garlic and onion in a frying pan with oil.

Add the bell pepper and red pepper. Once cooked, add the can of sardines.

Bring to a boil, making sure not to break up the sardines, and then add the coconut milk and sugar.

On a separate pan, boil water and add salt then cook the Hobe Misua for 30 seconds.

Drain the noodles thoroughly and place on a plate.

Pour the cooked sardines over the noodles and top with chopped ginger.
