• Pineapple slice (any of Contadina Pineapple Slices (L), Contadina Pineapple Slices (M), Contadina Pineapple Slices (S))
• Bun/Bread
• Egg
• Onion
• Lettuce
• Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
• Cheese (optional)
• Salt and Pepper
• Butter
• Sugar
