Tocino Hamburger Recipe
Ingredients:
- Tocino (any of Homemade Tocino Regular, Homemade Tocino Hot, Pampanga Is Best Tocino Regular, Pampanga Is Best Tocino Hot)
- Pineapple slice (any of Contadina Pineapple Slices (L), Contadina Pineapple Slices (M), Contadina Pineapple Slices (S))
- Bun/Bread
- Egg
- Onion
- Lettuce
- Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- Cheese (optional)
- Salt and Pepper
- Butter
- Sugar
Directions:
- Heat the buns with butter in a frying pan until browned.
- Sprinkle flour on the surface of the tocino if you want it to be well browned. Fry in a pan with a low heat.
- Make fried eggs and onions.
- Grill the pineapple. (If you add a little granulated sugar, the sweetness will increase)
- Prepare the bun with lettuce, tocino, onion, mayonnaise, and fried egg. (Add cheese if desired)
- Perfectly serve with a sofdrinks (Sprite, Coke, Royal, Mirinda)
