Coconut Milk Curry Sardines with Noodle

Ingredients:

• 30 grams Hobe Misua
• 1 can Ligo Sardines in Yellow Curry 155g
• 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 red pepper, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 medium yellow onion chopped
• Tasco Coconut Milk (45ml or 3 tablespoons)
• Sugar (5g / 1 tsp)
• Ginger (5g, shredded)

Directions:

1. Heat oil in a cooking pot.
2. Fry the chopped garlic and onion in a frying pan with oil.
3. Add the bell pepper and red pepper. Once cooked, add the can of sardines.
4. Bring to a boil, making sure not to break up the sardines, and then add the coconut milk and sugar.
5. On a separate pan, boil water and add salt then cook the Hobe Misua for 30 seconds.
6. Drain the noodles thoroughly and place on a plate.
7. Pour the cooked sardines over the noodles and top with chopped ginger.
